1. Before confirming

Check the offer's price, currency, duration, included services and activation. The available device/product channel may be electronic checkout, an app store or a reviewed transfer request. A payment request alone does not activate a service.

2. Subscriptions and appointments

The purchased offer defines credit, services, term and any automatic renewal/cancellation. Human appointments follow the displayed booking, postponement and cancellation rules. A provider cancellation requires an appropriate settlement of confirmed rights.

3. Separate balances

Points support in-app rewards/redemption, including available physical gifts and discounts; they are not a public cash-withdrawal balance. Service units represent the product/service entitlement and differ from participation points. Diamonds serve the applicable gift flow. Presenter reward crystals are a separate entitlement for eligible presenters under reviewed reward/conversion rules, not a general user withdrawal right. Balances are not freely interchangeable. Costs, expiry and usage follow the actual recorded offer/lot.

4. Redeeming points

Choose a gift or discount, check point cost, availability, validity and delivery/beneficiary, then confirm redemption. This differs from a cash purchase. Shipping requests only necessary delivery details. A live digital gift differs from a redeemed physical gift.

5. Errors and refunds

If a debit has no matching entitlement, contact support with the operation reference for verification and settlement. Verify before paying again. App-store purchases use that store's refund channel without excluding mandatory legal rights. See withdrawal; starting a service does not automatically remove all rights.
