Withdrawal and cancellation

1. Period

Where statutory distance-contract withdrawal rights apply to a consumer, the period is normally 14 days: from contract conclusion for services/digital content, and receipt for goods under applicable rules. Required information must be supplied before the period starts.

2. Exercising the right

Send a clear withdrawal declaration to Dr. Mohamed Ehsan Al Rifaai, doctorehsan@hotmail.com, or Johann-Wessels-Str. 2, 26721 Emden, Germany. No reason is required. Send it before the deadline and retain proof.

3. Early performance

A click or starting an appointment alone does not waive withdrawal. For paid services, expiry on full performance requires the applicable express early-start consent and acknowledgement. Non-tangible digital content requires the applicable consent, acknowledgement and statutory confirmation. Proportionate payment for work performed before withdrawal may apply only when its legal conditions are met.

4. Settlement

Valid withdrawals are reimbursed using the legally required method and period, normally within 14 days of receipt of the declaration, subject to applicable goods-return rules. Defect/non-conformity rights remain separate. Apple/Google procedures follow the purchasing channel without excluding mandatory rights.
