Service

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ehsan Al Rifaai's app is a knowledge and interaction platform. Kalamak, characters and digital indicators use AI for understanding and learning; they are not diagnosis, treatment, academic certification or a personal reply from the doctor.

Account

The service is for adults aged 18 and over. Protect your account, provide accurate information and do not impersonate others. Registration includes acceptance of Terms and acknowledgement of Privacy; the app records no agreement on your behalf.

Reliance and responsibility

Outputs may be wrong or incomplete. Verify important information and do not rely on them alone for critical medical or professional decisions. This is not an emergency service. Personal/financial outcomes or employment are not guaranteed. Non-excludable responsibilities and rights remain unaffected.

Conduct and content

Abuse, threats, unlawful content, privacy/rights violations and balance/gift/competition manipulation are prohibited. Share only what you are entitled to share. App materials remain subject to their owners' rights.

Plans and services

Prices, duration, entitlements and conditions appear before confirmation. New summary saving is for Silver/Gold; subscription expiry does not erase existing summaries. Points, redemption and rewards follow their published rules.

Contact and closure

Contact us for support, complaints or rights. See account deletion for the actual process. Updating text does not change prior consent.

Dialogue and analysis choice

A separate explicit consent appears before first dialogue or analysis use. Its version, text and time are recorded; it is never enabled automatically. Withdraw through Account — Privacy to stop new dialogue and analysis use. Archive access and erasure requests remain available. Now, Councils and Store remain available without this consent.
