Your data and its use

Account/profile details operate your services. Answers, readings and eligible activity support My Path progress, indicators and reports. Orders, balances and competition records deliver services and calculate rights/rewards. Public council contributions may be seen by others.

Dialogue and summaries

Dialogue context is temporary, not a permanent full-conversation archive. Saving a new summary in Kalamak or Characters is a Silver/Gold feature when you choose to save it. Existing summaries remain accessible after subscription expiry; Free users cannot save new summaries. Saved summaries are available in My Path.

Messages or answers you supply may contain health or personal information. Avoid unnecessary private information or others' data you have no right to share. Reading Privacy is distinct from a specific sensitive-data consent where required.

AI and recipients

Necessary messages/context go to OpenAI for replies. Base44 supplies hosting/data infrastructure; selected payment or streaming providers receive necessary data for their service. Authorised staff access what their role needs. We do not assume all processing happens in Germany.

Archive and deletion

Readings, reports and summaries support ongoing progress. Account deletion follows the published closure process. Personal data is not kept forever without a purpose: necessary financial/professional records follow applicable obligations. Anonymous statistics may remain after account deletion without a link back to you.

Rights and contact

Request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection under applicable conditions, and withdraw consent where it is the processing basis. No paid plan is required to exercise rights.

Dialogue and analysis choice

A separate explicit consent appears before first dialogue or analysis use. Its version, text and time are recorded; it is never enabled automatically. Withdraw through Account — Privacy to stop new dialogue and analysis use. Archive access and erasure requests remain available. Now, Councils and Store remain available without this consent.

An archive review after one year is not automatic deletion. You can explicitly request erasure of reports and summaries through Contact and Privacy. Necessary financial and professional records are reviewed separately according to purpose and applicable obligations.
